An easy read with great tips for the virtual manager. I really enjoyed reading this book. It provided a very useful set of tools and tips that are needed for every virtual manager. The book is written in an easy to read manner. Additionally, the book uses simple objects and icons that relate to the author's key points as an effective memory tool which allows the manager to easily recall and implement the information. A must have for all virtual managers.
